I recently read this “catchphrase” for enticing people to enroll in gym memberships and I thought it was offensive, so…I thought I would write about it. I don’t know about you but I am not looking for a new me. I am looking to enhance and embrace who I already am. It’s a process. I educate people on this process , introducing ways to live a more effortless way to be in one’s body through movement nutrition and touch.
